The Need

Financial donorship depends on land size, location, established infrastructure, and amenities.

Our hope is for 20-120 mostly useable acres, a water feature, mountain views and a nearby town.  

A large “main house” is desired for the vacation village. If the land purchase has an existing structure, we would expand, upgrade, and furnish.

If no structure is present on the land, a home would need to be built from the ground up. 

The Aframe cabin village would be the ultimate area for families to retain individual privacy while still vacationing with others. Each individual Aframe would be a fully stocked home with kitchen and bathrooms. Minimalistic luxury will aid in relaxation while allowing plenty of space to enjoy each other and nature or for healing solitude. 

The lodge building would be centrally located within the Aframe village to support community togetherness, and would offer a larger kitchen with dining for 20 as well as a similarly proportioned living space. A laundry facility would be supplied here along with fire pits and lawn games around the perimeter. 

Think firepits, lawn games, sand volleyball, hiking trails, ATV trails, fishing pier or bridge, wedding venue, camp shop, children’s playground, etc. 

Land Improvement support will be determined after land is purchased. 

As we strive for excellence in serving ministers and their families, we imagine the joy received and memories made in the creative offering of a treehouse cabin.
In particular, we would like to offer one treehouse called “The Writer’s Nook” for those who need quiet time away to write their dissertation or book. This cabin would sleep 2!
Children love treehouses especially, so we also would like to offer a treehouse for a family up to 5, complete with a small kitchen and full bath.
