Why Southwest North Carolina?
Central Location
A one-day drive for most of the East Coast, the Blue Ridge region is centrally located, nestled between Asheville, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Gatlinburg. Our serene village will be accessible year-round and feature convenient access to the most visited National Park in America, the Great Smoky Mountains.
Well-Loved Destination
This four-season location offers abundant activities-- from Smoky Mountain majesty to abundant creeks, rivers, and waterfalls; from fall foliage and Christmas tree farms to spring flowers and verdant summers. There's plenty to keep families engaged and excited: small town shopping, Biltmore Castle, river floats, epic hiking, and a variety of local activities.
On-Site Recreation
We also want to create a place where families can enjoy quality time together on the village grounds. To foster rest and connection, our planned amenities include fire pits, lawn games, hiking and ATV trails, sand volleyball, a natural cold-plunge creek, a game barn, a sauna and fitness center, a fishing pier, and a children’s playground.
Renovation Opportunities

Lodge Renovation
Centrally located, the lodge will feature a large kitchen, laundry facility, dining room for 20 guests, and a spacious living room for games or movies. Lawn games outside will also encourage connection and relaxation.
On-Site Activities
Guests can enjoy activities without even leaving the property. Our planned amenities include fire pits, lawn games, hiking and ATV trails, sand volleyball, a game barn, a fishing pier, and a children’s playground.
Aframe Purchase
We desire to purchase and renovate a nearby aframe, just steps from the main property and situated over a tumbling creek. This will be our first renovated cabin space, perfect for a small family.
Luxury Cabins
The cabin village will give families privacy while still vacationing together. Each luxury cabin will be a fully stocked home with kitchen and bathrooms, offering comfortable luxury that encourages both connection and peaceful solitude in nature.
Treehouse Cabins
A quiet “Writer’s Nook" treehouse cabin, perfect for working on a dissertation or book, will host 1-2 guests and offer peaceful solitude. Another family-focused treehouse cabin will host up to 5 guests, creating lasting memories for parents and children alike.
Health Center
To provide for fitness and restoration, our health and wellness center will include a well-equipped indoor gym, as well as a sauna and hot tub. We also desire to create a natural cold-plunge creek nearby.
